Kahurangi Dance

The Kahurangi Dance.

Yesterday we went to the Kahurangi dance. The Kahurangi Dance is a dance that is usually performed every year at our school. You had to pay $3 to get to watch it!There was three Girls and one Boy. It was cool I really liked it, It was also really funny because the speaker said "Her long wavy hair and her lovely coca cola shaped body!" At one stage Kane,Noah and Declan had to go up on stage and they had to copy a dance from a man that was also funny  because Noah was taking this very seriously! Kane was swinging his stick around like a loonatik and Declan was just standing there and doing nothing and probably very confused because the guy was going too fast for them to keep up with. He was doing this weird dance were he want huh huh huh !  

Why do we celebrate Guy Fawkes?

Today Mrs Clark and Mrs Prendergast asked us to find out why we celebrate Guy Fawkes. It was a tough challenge for people that don't know much about Guy Fawkes. I know quite alot about Guy Fawkes.

On Tuesday we went to the Arahura Marae. It was really cool the lights changed colour!! we also had kai(food)

St Johns Every year every Student takes part of St Johns, a Project based on Health and safety. At St Johns you learn about how to react to a emergency. Like when you are about to fall over you lean forward and hop like a frog. Personally I really liked St Johns it was fun and Aimee and I practiced the drills the St Johns Person taught us.

My Story

In an old abandoned Museum you can hear old creaking sounds as you walk. Suddenly a high pitched sound comes from under the old boxes and your friend has just Vanished!! You also hear a shuddering laugh… You go a little further into the Museum and a splat of blood is on the floor, There is a whole :trail of splattered blood! You suddenly start to follow it! At the end of the trail there is a dead person! You immediately freak out it is so scary!

This term PrEP is coming up PrEP is a day of the year when each class gets to create a stall and make things to sell i it out of recyclable materials. Last year my classes stall was called P1's Precious Prezzies. PrEP is soooooooooo much fun!!!
